If you decide to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. If production has not yet begun, we will issue a full refund. If production is underway but the tiles have not yet been glazed, there will be a cancelation fee between 10% and 50%, depending on the size of your order and how far along it is. Once an order has been glazed and/ or shipped, it is final and no refund is available except in the case of defect or damage.

Please inspect tiles upon arrival. 

If you feel that they are damaged or defective in any way, contact us immediately so we can make arrangements to refund the purchase price or replace the tiles. 

Returns must be made prior to installation. Installation constitutes acceptance.

Emu Tile LLC is not liable for any costs associated with the repair or replacement of Emu Tiles including removal, installation or reinstallation.

Seller disclaims any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages.
