Terms and Conditions of Sales and Return Policy

Glaze samples are in stock and ready to ship. All other Emu Tiles are
handmade to order and take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Most orders ship in
a month or less. Large or complex orders sometimes take over 30 days
to complete, if this applies to your order, you will be notified and
given the choice to either wait for or cancel your order for a refund.

Emu Tile LLC reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order.
If you should decide to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as
possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. If production
has not yet begun, we will issue a full refund. If production is
underway but the tiles have not yet been glazed, there will be a
cancellation fee between 10% and 50%, depending on the size of your
order and how far along it is. Once an order has been glazed and/ or
shipped, it is final and no refund is available except in the case of
defect or damage.

Please inspect tiles upon arrival.

If you feel that they are damaged or defective in any way, contact us
immediately so we can make arrangements to refund the purchase price
or replace the tiles.

Returns must be made prior to installation. Installation constitutes acceptance.

Emu Tile LLC is not liable for any costs associated with the repair or
replacement of Emu Tiles including removal, installation or
re-installation.

Seller disclaims any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages.


Most orders ship by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. If you
require a different carrier or service, state which one in the
comments section at checkout.
