I am a one-person studio. Production timelines vary depending on overall studio volume.
Orders are placed during scheduled ordering windows held throughout the year. Please visit the How to Order page for current information about ordering windows and timing.

Small orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Larger orders typically ship by UPS ground, unless they are going to Hawaii or Alaska. If you require a different carrier, please [contact me].
