All Emu Tiles are handmade to order by a single person, with a typical lead time of 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please note that estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed, and I do not accept rush orders. [Glaze samples], however, are usually in stock and ready to ship. Since I’m a one-woman operation, I occasionally need to temporarily pause taking on new orders during extremely busy periods. If you’re able to add items to your shopping cart, I’m currently accepting new orders.

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, I am unable to accept returns unless I have made a mistake on your order. Please review your order carefully before confirming, and feel free to reach out with any questions prior to purchase. Your satisfaction is important, and I will do my best to ensure your custom pieces meet your expectations. You can read more about my return policy [here].

In the unlikely event that your tiles are damaged or lost during shipment, I will happily replace or refund the damaged or missing tiles. Any claims must be made prior to installation. Installation constitutes acceptance.

Emu Tile LLC is not liable for any costs associated with the repair or replacement of Emu Tiles, including removal, installation, or re-installation. The seller disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages.

I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order. While I work hard to ensure that every order goes smoothly, life can be unpredictable. If an event such as a natural disaster, health issue, or other circumstance prevents me from completing your order within a reasonable amount of time, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
