Return Policy

Because each tile is made to your specifications, cancellations or changes during production may result in material and time costs that cannot be recouped. I appreciate your understanding of this handmade process.

If you do need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

• Before Production Begins: A full refund will be issued.
• During Production: If production has started but the tiles have not yet been glazed, a cancellation fee of 10%-50% will apply, depending on the size and nature of your order and the progress made.
• After Glazing or Shipping: Orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases of damage.

Inspection and Damage Claims

Please inspect your tiles upon arrival. While damage during shipment is extremely rare, if it does occur, please contact me immediately. I will gladly either replace the damaged tiles or refund the purchase price. To help resolve the issue quickly, please provide photos of both the damaged tiles and the packaging. This will allow me to file a claim with the carrier. If tiles are lost in transit or if I make a mistake on your order, I will also offer a refund or replacement for any missing or incorrect tiles.

All claims must be made prior to installation. Installation constitutes acceptance.

Limitations of Liability

• Emu Tile LLC is not liable for costs associated with the repair, replacement, removal, or installation of Emu Tiles.
• The seller disclaims liability for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
