Return Policy

Because each tile is made to order, cancellations or changes after production has begun may result in material and labor costs that cannot be recovered. I appreciate your understanding of this handmade process.

If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Before Production Begins
A full refund will be issued.

During Production
If production has started but the tiles have not yet been glazed, a cancellation fee of 10–50% may apply, depending on the size and nature of the order and the amount of work completed.

After Glazing or Shipping
Orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases of damage, loss, or an error on my part.

Inspection and Damage Claims

Please inspect your tiles upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, lost, or incorrect, please contact me promptly so I can assist you. I may request photos of the tiles and packaging so I can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

I will work to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, if appropriate.

All concerns must be reported prior to installation. Installation constitutes acceptance.

Limitations of Liability

Emu Tile LLC is not liable for any costs associated with the repair, replacement, removal, or installation of Emu Tiles. The seller disclaims liability for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
