All tiles are made to order by hand.
Lead Time:
I am a one-woman shop, and every tile I create is handmade with care and attention to detail. The ceramic process is slow and intentional, so once an order is finalized, it typically takes about 4–6 weeks to complete and ship.
Glaze samples are usually in stock and ready to ship. You can order them through my website here: https://emutile.com/collections/glaze-samples

Small orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Larger orders typically ship by UPS ground, unless they are going to Hawaii or Alaska. If you require a different carrier, please [contact me].
