Update - 1/9/2025
Wow! I’ve been back at work for a week and have been absolutely amazed by the enthusiasm and support from all you wonderful people—thank you so much! I’m truly delighted, but also a bit concerned that reopening the webstore this month, as originally planned, might result in more work than I can handle within a reasonable timeframe.
To manage demand and ensure I can give each project the care it deserves, I’ve decided to implement a new system for taking orders that allows me to schedule jobs, especially larger ones, in advance.
Here’s how the new system will work:
- If you’re interested in placing an order, email me your list of tiles along with your shipping address.
- I’ll provide an estimated timeline for your order. If the timeline works for you, I’ll send an invoice for your approval, including instructions to either pay immediately or wait until I’m ready to start on your project.
- If I’m not able to start right away, I’ll resend the invoice when I’m ready to begin production. At that point, if you’re still ready to move forward, you can make your payment, and I’ll get started on your tiles.
This system has naturally evolved over the past few months, and I’m still figuring out the finer details as I go. Your feedback is always welcome as I refine the process!
Thank you again for supporting my one-woman art business. Your home is a sacred space, and it’s truly an honor and privilege to create something meaningful for you. I take my work seriously and want to be as transparent as possible about my capabilities as I navigate this new phase in both my life and my work.
Warmly,
Emily
Update – December 27, 2024
I’m so grateful for your continued patience and enthusiasm! My webstore will not be ready to reopen to the general public until mid to late January, as I am taking some much needed time off for the holidays and also have a waitlist of projects to begin in early January. If you’ve been waiting to place an order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’ll do my best to fit you into my schedule sooner if possible! You are also always welcome to place an order for glaze samples, which are in stock and ready to ship.

Thank you for your understanding and support—it means the world to me.

Update - 11/6/2024
Dear Customers and Supporters,
Thank you so much for your incredible support and enthusiasm for my handmade tiles. I’m grateful to each of you for appreciating the work and dedication that goes into crafting every piece.
Due to a recent influx of large orders, I am temporarily pausing new orders until the end of the year. This brief break will give me the time to focus on each current order and ensure that every piece I send out meets the high standards that define my work.
Why the Pause?
Creating handmade tiles is a detailed, careful process. From molding the clay to glazing and firing, each step is essential to achieving the unique, high-quality results that make these tiles special. With so many wonderful orders to fulfill, I want to give each of them the attention they deserve without any added pressure from new requests.
What This Means for You
- Current Orders: If you’ve already placed an order, it’s still being carefully crafted! This pause allows me to work on your tile pieces with the full attention they deserve.
- Future Orders: Though I'm not taking on new orders right now, I’ll be back to accepting requests once I’m all caught up. For those interested in future pieces, feel free to follow along on my social media for updates on when new orders will be available. I will also update this page when I am ready to resume taking on new orders. My current estimate is the beginning of January.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding. This short break will allow me to continue delivering the quality you expect and love. I look forward to bringing more of your visions to life soon!
Warmly,
Emily
