A few months ago, I was contacted by an old friend. Linda Goik used to run "Local Girl Gallery" in Lakewood. "Local Girl" was a real asset to the community, as well as being one of the first galleries to carry my work. Like a lot of people, I loved that place and was sad when it closed in 2012. So naturally I was thrilled to find out that Linda recently became the shop manager for the nearby "BAYarts" gallery, and I jumped at the chance to have some of my tiles in their upcoming holiday show. Here is some of what I submitted:
The opening weekend for the Holiday Shop is November 19th & 20th. Over 100 local artists will be featured. The BAYarts campus will be transformed into a winter wonderland, whether or not it snows!
Normal shop hours are Mon - Sat 9 to 5 & Thurs til 8 pm. Special hours for the Holiday Open house are Sat - Sun 10 to 4. BAYarts is located across from Huntington Beach in Bay Village. 28795 Lake Road, Bay Village, Ohio 44140, 440.871.6543
