New Sizes and a New Set

After years of making my ginkgo tree design as a four inch tile, I finally sized it up to six inches by six inches. It took me a long time to re-sculpt it, but I am glad I did.

The mold turned out great, and now I can reproduce the design again and again. Here are the new and old versions, side by side:

Of course I will continue to make the four inch version as well. Now that I can finally make four different six inch tree designs, I decided to combine all four to make a set. The new set is shown below in celadon glaze:

Total installed size would be slightly over a square foot because of grout lines. This set of four could also be hung on the wall in a square or in a row.

The other longstanding design that I recently resized is the turtle. Now it comes in 3"x3" as well as 2"x2" and 4"x4".  Here it is in progress, alongside my hand and the smaller version for size reference:
